i am sooooooooooooo weak from dieting, sigh...
but im thankful for having a coach who choose to guide me...
although....GAAAAAH....a month of just oats, eggs, half of chicken breast...
No salt....Less Sugar.....No oil...no Rice......and all this for what?
im not intending to join any competition yet...
im not intending to thrill the ladies.....
its because all the guys in the gym wanted me to be Ready....

Comparison...cause they keep saying im a Thick, im Wide, Im Big...
they wanted to see how will i look, when im ripped..
hehehe..good luck to me ...and may god have mercy and my coach as well....
